They created a beautiful arrangement but the best part of my experience was the customer service. The recipient wasn’t home and they contacted us for alternative options. I would definitely use again.

Hosting a conference at the Ritz-Carlton and realized on Sunday we needed an arrangement. The hotel concierge recommended Flora Savage. We placed the order online on Sunday and it was here on Monday morning - fresh, beautiful, and full. Exactly what we needed and just what is pictured. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend.

Flowers were beautiful and well done. The video card thing was glitchy though. I recorded a message draft, deleted it to try to re-record, and could never get the site to re-connect to my camera (except audio feed). So, I just decided to forget that part, thinking that the written message I had typed into the order would still be there. It turned out that there was no written message anymore (the site did not at all make it clear that selection of the video offer was INSTEAD of and would delete the written message!). The net effect is that there was no card and no video, so no message at all with the flowers. That snafu was a little disappointing, but the flowers themselves were lovely -- you consistenly do excellent work. Have a good day. Sincerely, Paul Verlander PS -- you used to offer an arrangement that was primarily/entirely irises -- it was quite unique. I don't see that offered anymore -- is that something you could create still, for future reference?

Easy to order from their website. The bouquet was beautiful and fresh as well as being delivered on time as expected. Don’t hesitate to trust Flora Savage with your floral needs. I would definitely use again.

My friends were very happy to find the flowers in their room when they checked into their hotel. They sent a picture of the flowers and I was surprised that the arrangement is so small, nor were there many flowers in the container. For the money I spent I was hoping for more flowers. But they were delivered on time, my friends were happy, so I am too. Benita Swanson

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
