I sent a flower arrangement to a friend for her birthday a few days ago. Since I live in the French Quarter I decided to try our local florist, Flora Savage. I’m happy to say that I am very pleased with their product and their service. My friend was thrilled with the arrangement. She sent me a photo and the flowers looked even lovelier than the photo online. The online presentation showed white and pastel flowers with a striped blue and white bow. On the order I mentioned that if the bow could be replaced with a pastel bow it would be nice. They actually replaced the bow with a lovely pastel one, which tells me that they pay attention to their customers. I chose a specific delivery window and they were delivered right on time. All in all, this was a great experience and I will continue to use them in the future. (Much better than 1-800-Flowers.)
